Imagine a rocky stretch of coast, a glimpse of beach, a panorama of sea and sky – and a cool, curious bar perched just above the water. In fact it’s not just a bar, it’s a bar-meets-café – in fact, a wine and tacos bar. And the tacos aren’t any tacos, these are tacos filled with seasonal, local sourced produce, much of it foraged or caught in the sea stretching out in front of you.

We loved the concept of The Trek and brought it alive with a simple, lightly whimsical style that has a definite wild side. It reflects the bar’s fearless ambition – to take its guests to the edge of the land and provide them with unaffected, earthy but truly refined food and drink.

Amazing views, wild location, unexpected flavours – a total experience most definitely worth the hike.
